I'm looking for a way to convert from SAZ files to HAR files programmatically. Does Fiddler have this kind of functionality available?

First, please confirm that loading the SAZ file, then selecting File > Export > All Sessions > HTTP Archive 1.2 is giving you the output you're satisfied with?
