Save a fiddler POST request for use later - like a template

I want to open fiddler and be able to have something like a template with "POST" already selected and the URL already in the URL area in the composer tab and the body of a frequently used body that I can modify with minor data changes that I can update within the body pane and submit.  Every time I start Fiddler it is blank.

I tried opening an archive and running that, and it works, but the data is the old data, and the composer tab has nothing in it to modify.

I would like to have several of these templates that I could reuse with different URLs and different Body requests. Thanks!

There are many ways to resend (and optionally modify) previously-generated requests. The simplest way would be to use the History pane on the right-hand side of the Composer; simply double-click a past request to reuse it, optionally modifying it before sending.
