-No proxy configured
-It used it work fine but it stopped unexpectedly.
-Capture traffic for all process is enabled.
-I clicked on troubleshooting and this is what I get.

GET /troubleshooter.cgi HTTP/1.1

When you say "All the browsers" what specifically do you mean? Which browsers did you try?

The most likely explanation here is that your browsers' proxy settings aren't properly pointed at Fiddler. When Fiddler is running, what do you see inside IE's Tools > Internet Options > Connections >  LAN Settings screen?

Are there any notes of interest on Fiddler's LOG tab?

I have run into a similar problem with the 4.5.1.0 version it seems.

I have tried all browsers accessible to me as well.... Chrome Version 43.0.2357.81 m, IE 11, and Firefox v32.0.2.

No traffic is being captured any more.  I've turned off Filters and I'm only capturing Web Browser traffic.

My troubleshooting information appears almost the same as the original poster.  I do get 3 blank webpages under 'Alternate hostname test' on the troubleshooter.cgi web page though.

For IE 11, the LAN Settings are:
- Use automatic configuration script with an address of https://pac.zscalertwo.net/sas.com/proxy.pac

Our company recently switched to this 'Zscaler' solution (http://www.zscaler.com/) for help with user activity on the internet.  I'm guessing that might have something to do with Fiddler not working any more.  However, a coworker is using v2.5.1.0 and doesn't seem to be having any problems.

Any ideas?

When you say "the LAN Settings are"... is that while Fiddler is running, or when it's NOT running? While Fiddler is running/capturing, the proxy settings need to be pointed at 127.0.0.1:8888. If they're not, because, for instance, some client software has set them to something else, then Fiddler will not capture anything.

Thank you Eric!  The problem was with the ZScaler software always rewriting the LAN settings to what it needs to run and overwriting the Fiddler settings.  I was able to get some software from our IT dept. which allows me to enable/disable the ZScaler proxy settings.  When the ZScaler proxy settings are disable, Fiddler runs like a charm.  Thanks again!
