I am getting "Fiddler- (502)HTTPS Gateway Connection failure" when try
to capture the traffic from IE for a HTTPS based application. I tried
to uncheck "Chain to upstream gateway proxy" and then, I am getting
following error "Fiddler: DNS Lookup for aaaaa.aaa.net failed" Please
suggest if there is any work around for this

It sounds like your environment *requires* an upstream proxy server.
Does that upstream proxy server demand authentication by chance?

If it does, then this is a known problem that I plan to finally fix
shortly. The alpha build (www.fiddler2.com/dl/fiddler2alphasetup.exe)
should fix this problem, although it currently has a number of other
bugs I need to fix up before moving it out of Alpha and into beta.

Eric, thanks for the quick reply. I will try to use the aplha build
and see if it fixes the problem.
