Fiddler is set up to capture traffic from all processes (no filtering), and I am browsing normal HTTP websites in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome, without any special proxy settings.

But I only get to see the traffic from Internet Explorer in the Fiddler log. Nothing from Firefox. From Chrome, there is only a few lines with tunnels to safebrowsing.google.com, safebrowsing-cache.google.com and clients4.google.com. Nothing from the websites I visit. Apart from that, there is also some traffic from processes like Dropbox, Skydrive, Toaster, SvcHost, etc.

What am I doing wrong? I used to use Fiddler a lot in the past and never had this problem. And it's not just on one machine, I have it on all three machines that I tried this on, on two different networks.

1. Click Troubleshoot Filters. Is there any change in what you see in Fiddler?
2. In Firefox/Chrome/etc, visit http://localhost.fiddler:8888/. What do you see in the browser and in Fiddler?
3. In Firefox/Chrome/etc, visit http://127.0.0.1:8888/. What do you see in the browser and in Fiddler?

Have you recently installed any security software or VPN software?

As you know fiddler works by using http proxy and some extensions like ZenMate on Chrome manages proxy by themselves. Please check proxy settings of chrome and disable any third party extensions managing chrome proxy.
