fiddler and proxifier

im using fiddler4 for loopback exemption. i have a college proxy so my internet connection is only through a authenticated https proxy. the problem is that some windows 8 metro apps work through fiddler via proxifier and some dont. mainly microsoft apps like windows store do not pass through fiddler and hence do not pass through proxifier. i need help to allow windows 8 store apps and others work

What does "authenticated HTTPS proxy" mean? (Virtually no clients support HTTPS-to-the-proxy).
