how to use the Fiddler4 to grab the phone data packet only,not include the pc?

The simplest way to do this would be to untick the "File > Capture Traffic" checkbox. Fiddler will unregister itself as the system proxy for the local computer, so only remote clients (e.g. your phone) should send traffic through Fiddler.
