I have fiddler running on one of my home PCs that has a wire
connection to my home router which all the other computers are
connected to via wifi. Is there any way I can route all the traffic
that passes through the router, through fiddler on the wired pc?
Configuring all the computers to use the proxy used by fiddler is
impractical as there are devices from others connecting to it
sometimes. I have a Linksys wrt54g router flashed to
DD-WRT firmware but I can revert if necessary.

Generally, no, this isn't possible. You might try the WPAD Server
Extension on the Fiddler plugins page to see if you can get the other
devices to "autodetect" the Fiddler instance.

But the very first thing you should do is try to visit http://thefiddleriphere:8888/
on one of the target devices to see if you're even bridging WiFi to
wired correctly.
