Is this possible?
Been looking for a program like fiddler to capture all http traffic through my router and not just the computer fiddler is installed on.

Fiddler doesn't have this capability; you can point your other clients' proxy settings at Fiddler, either manually or by using DHCP on the router or the WPAD Fiddler extension.

Some routers have the ability to dump PCAP files of all of the traffic; Fiddler can import PCAP files using the File > Import command.
