Can't configure compare tool with Fiddler2

Hi,
I am using Fiddler2 version 2.3.0.0. When I tried to compare two
requests, it asked me to install windiff. After looking at the
documentation, I installed CompareIt and defined the key COMPARETOOL
in registry and specified its path "C:\Program Files\CompareIt
\wincmp3.exe" (with quotes however I tried without quotes also). But
still I am getting the message
Failed to launch comparison tool (The system cannot find the file
specified).
Please ensure that windiff.exe is installed and in your Path.
Would you like to download Windiff.exe?
Please help me.

Did you restart Fiddler after making the registry modification?
