Cannot install Fiddler, because it cannot uninstall

When I try to install Fiddler, it comes with this error:
Uninstalling the currently installed version of Progress Telerik Fiddler failed.
Please, run the following uninstallers manually. "C:\Program Files(x86)\Fiddler2\ScriptEditor\uninst.exe"! Then start this installer again.
Installation failed!
But Fiddler has been uninstalled, so "C:\Program Files(x86)\Fiddler2" does not exists anymore. Can I run the installer with no uninstall?

This bug should be reported at https://fiddler.ideas.aha.io
I'd search your disk for fse*.exe to see if there are any copies of the old script editor laying around.
