When I have a VPN-connection open, Fiddler will not connect to a
browser session. Does anyone know a solution to this?

Which version of Fiddler? Is Tools / Fiddler Options / Connections /
Monitor All Connections checked? www.fiddler2.com/fiddler/help/hookup.asp#Q-VPN

What sort of VPN software?

Is there any change if you start Fiddler before or after the VPN
connection is established?

I have the same problem with Fiddler 2.2.4.6.

It does not make a difference if the VPN is connected first or after

Monitor all connections is checked and the Connections tab only ever
shows the DefautLAN Connection.

I am running Windows 7 RTM.

I have Use Default Gateway on remote network unchecked for both ipv4
and 6. No http traffic destined for the internet or the vpn is picked
up.

If I change fiddler to Monitor all Processes it does pick up LAN
traffic

I have been away for a few days, so that explains the delay in my
answers.

Version of Fiddler: v. 2.2.4.6
VPN Software: Microsoft VPN as present in Vista Business SP 2.

Monitor All Connections checked? Bulls eye! Now it works (after
closing and restarting Fiddler)!

Thanks a lot, EricLaw!
