I'm loading the right session and I can watch the video on Fiddler but nothing happens when I click "Save video as…" on WebView.
What could be causing this issue? How to solve it?

Sounds like a bug in the IE Web Browser control. Fortunately, there's a simple workaround that works for ALL response types, not just those showing in WebView.
Right-click the Session in the Web Sessions list. Choose Save > Response > Response Body.
