What's up guys. My fiddler2 just force updated this morning and since then I am unable to decode incoming responses. I've searched for answers and have gotten nothing yet. Some common problems seem to be due to root certificate issues to which I have already reset. Clicking on the "Response body is encoded. Click to decode." button seems to refresh the response but it turns up the same, still encoded. Anyone here who's experienced something similar?

Here's a gif of the attempted decoding in action.

The response shown in the gif is compressed with Brotli. Have you installed Brotli.exe or https://bayden.com/dl/FiddlerCompressibilityAddon.exe ?

What to do after downloading FIddlerCompressibiltyAddon.exe in Mac? How to add it to fiddler?

I haven't built brotli for Mac, and I suspect the Telerik team hasn't yet either. You may wish to propose a "Support Brotli decompression on OS X and Linux" item here: https://fiddler.ideas.aha.io

For now, the workaround would be to write a little bit of FiddlerScript that removes "br" from outbound Accept-Encoding headers, which should prevent servers from using that compression method when you're intercepting traffic.

Oh! Okay.
Thanks a lot :)
