Older History of Web Page Download speeds

Are there older archives of web page download speeds? I'm interesting
in comparing the web of 10 years ago with today, in order to look for
"Jevons' Paradox" effects. Jevons' paradox, applied to the web, would
predict that faster-downloading web pages would paradoxically cause an
increase in consumption of web pages, and a net rise in traffic. In
other words, using more efficient technology could actually increase
the consumption of web resources and energy - thanks -pete

I'm not aware of other archives.

Also, I don't recommend using the page load time data in HTTP Archive
due to the biases in a small sample size and test setup.
