Cacheable Resources Chart

Hi,

I suspect that only Steve can answer this. When backporting the most
recent changes I've hit a wall with respect to the cacheable resources
chart. It looks like this should be the ratio of (pages.reqTotal -
pages.maxage0):pages.reqTotal. Is this correct? The charts I create based
on this are significantly different to those on httparchive.org so I
suspect I simply misread the code.
