As we come closer to the early registration deadline (30th October, 2018), we are happy to inform you that plans for the upcoming 6^th East African Healthcare Engineering Associations biennial scientific conference slated for the 28th - 30th November 2018, at Hotel Africana, in Kampala, Uganda are well on course.

This biennial gathering will bring together a broad cross-section of more than 100 professionals from within the country and around the region to meet and have various discussions, and there will be plenty of networking opportunities and fora for engaging with all present

The theme of this year’s meeting is “Appropriate technologies for Universal Health Coverage (UHC) in East Africa’’.

The tracks will cover sessions in:

• Training, Research and Innovations.
• Current and future developments in UHC.
• Health Technology Management.
• The role of Health Infrastructure in UHC.
