Hey everyone,

It turns out that Rudy’s doesn’t have baked potatoes, so we’re back to the drawing board for the vegetarian folks. I did order a half-gallon of new potatoes in addition to everything else, but I’m not sure that will cut it. Any other suggestions for what we can do?

Thanks,

Brandon

Is it feasible to place a smaller order with another caterer, in
addition to the Rudy's?

Yes, it would be. I'm just not sure whom that should be...

Garden Box from Jason Deli? or Plain Potato Bar Package from Jason
Deli ($10 per person).

These are all awesome ideas, thanks!

Mike, mind if I ask for your opinion on this, since you'll be eating what we buy? :)

They both sound good, as does the Spinach Veggie Wrap Box.

Ok, so we are good here. I looked at all the options and went with Tacodeli veggie tacos.

Thanks!
