html5media.js is preloading if tag preload is not added

Hi all,
I cannot find any information to this topic. The server I’m hosting the videos, is not very “fast” and not optimized for downloading many big files. Therefore I would like to stop html5media to preload the videos. But it’s not clear to me from the documentation, how to prevent html5media from downloading the files, even if the customer didn’t click the video. Do you have any tips for me how to start here?
