HTML5 media (Responsive and color)

Today I found HTML5 media. Easy solution for me. But I have two questions:

 

- Is it responsive?
- How can I change color for user interface?

In modern browsers and mobile, the player will be the native video player of the browser, so will be pretty responsive.

Changing the color and style of the player is tricker, as the native video player doesn't come with any easy styling hooks. Check here for some advice: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Apps/Fundamentals/Audio_and_video_delivery/Video_player_styling_basics

More tricky still, if the fallback flash player kicks in, you need to style it using Flash.

If you need to customize the look, I'd recommend using a more advanced player with built-in support for skins.
