IndexedDB Shim over WebSQL

IndexedDB is supported only by IE10, Firefox and Chrome, not by Opera or Safari. To bridge the gap, I am working on an IndexedDB shim that uses WebSql.

I have been able to implement most functionality (except Indexes). Comments/suggestions welcome.
