Android locking issue

I have a game in development just now at http://www.wilfscorner.co.uk/sandpit/spyhunter
On my HTC Desire it always locks up in-game first time in.
When reloaded the game plays just fine.
It appears to be linked to the touch event firing.
Has anybody experienced this before ?

Works fine on all iOS and Windows.

Hi Wilf,

I'm developing a game as well. Does your issue sound like this one:

In my case, I found that the game is actually still running, it's just that rendering stops. Have you tried rotating your device to see if the game un-freezes?
