Error on creating users

In the admin panle when I try to create a new user the get the following error message.

I have only user registered. This is the second user I want to create.

"ERROR, probably duplicate value"

Is this only for me, or is this a global problem?

I also wrote to the support but no answear.

For now I still have a free limited account. But as I read, I could create up to 40 users. And not only 1.

Problem found.

Both users had empty mail adress. Mail address has to be unique ....
