Chat keeps dropping connections

Not sure if anyone else has issues, but in my chat connections keep dropping, messages don't appear and this has been going on for a while now.

Eventually I created a ticket last Friday but I have had no response at all.

I hope by posting it here someone will look in to this and solve it.

We're having the same problem and had no response to our ticket either.

I did get a response and provided all the information I can get about the issue.
