Maximum opened webcams / Max minutes video per day working ?

Hi all

we have been testing a couple of features found in the user roles section of admin. 

 for one role we set 

Maximum opened webcams = 1

Max minutes video per day (set 0 for unlimited)=2

we then tested this but it didnt work. Using that user role we were able to multiple cams and view for longer than 2 mins.

has anyone else tried these features and if so do they work ?
