Desperate request for help

For months now our cams haven't worked properly.  The only thing we seem to chat about these days is cams because everyone keeps buffering.  Its random, one minute it works the next it doesn't.  Today after about ten minutes of leaving the room and going back in we finally had all cams working.  Five minutes later they all froze and nothing moved.  We don't want to go back to our old chatroom or start looking for another but we're losing members because it's so unreliable.  What do we have to do to get help?  We're being ignored again now.  Please leave the new features till the basic things are working properly.  This could be such a good chatroom if it worked properly.

I think there will be no change soon because he does not believe that the cams do not work under Webrtc. It's a mystery how he tests his own chat program. Apparently everything always works perfectly for him, but not for us all. He prefers to blame the user and their hardware or browser ... just weird that we all have the same problem with Cams and Webrtc ??? We went back to flash version, in this mode cams work. But unfortunately not for mobile or apple user. Big Shit !

We're still having to leave and all go back in at the same time to get all cams to work. Then they work okay for a while but if someone else joins the room we're back to having to turn off all cams again. We're getting less people using the room because of this.
