Looking for basic assistance

Hi, first of all, absolutely great product. very thank you for this inovice..

So after testing front end template., I decided to modify it as per my wish, and want to create other templates.
However, i am stuck..
I install

- Ruby,
- sass

- compass

- npm install -g grunt-cli  

-  i entered into file directory which is C:\Users\Adil\Downloads\Invoice\html-invoice-generator-1.0>
- Then i run npm install
I am getting errors, see the attachments...


I know HTML and CSS...

So I want to edit original files of frontend template files, I want to remove footer, add urdu language RTL option, remove highlight button, remove About and FAQ button, etc etc... 

Can you assist me how I can able to edit the original files?
