Procedure: Create a webpage using HTML Editor PRO v7.3 with the built-in AI. The AI should contribute at least 80% to the project, and the remaining 20% can be modified by the developer.

Rules: The project must not be a copy-paste. Your project must have a footer note saying "Made with HTML Editor PRO."
