Great news!  We are very excited that Amazon will again host the Fall case competition and participate in Career Night.  

I am requesting the invoice information and will send it to you both ASAP.

As for the case competition, the good news is that most of the heavy lifting was done last year and we can sort of repeat the process this year.  When we spoke earlier, the dates below are what we (UCLA) had in mind.  The time where we need Amazon folks physically on campus is October 11th for the semifinals, finals, and reception.  The briefing on the 7th was done via conference call but we would welcome a local in-person briefing.

I have to caveat the dates below with information I received today that a lot of the facilities at Anderson are booked on the 11th for an academic event.  I am going to see what facility options remain so that we do not have to change the dates.  I will get back to you ASAP.  If any of the dates below pose a problem, please let me know. 

To recap, I will:

1) Send invoicing info

2) Confirm facility availability for the dates outlined below

3) Send more info on planning steps for the case competition
