Info & Slides for Monday's info session - send me edits by tomorrow at 6pm

Hi All,

Really excited about the info session this coming Monday. The 1st years are excited about tech and this is our first formal chance as a club to channel that momentum into membership! HTBA is the first club to present this year so its a great opportunity for you to get great 1st year directors and inspire more sign-ups.

KEY INFO:

• HTBA Info Session is next Monday, September 30, in Korn Hall from 11:30pm – 12:15pm
• Please arrive by 11:15 and sit in the front row of Korn
  
• Please wear your HTBA T-shirt (attire will be casual for students).
• Drop any edits to your slide from the attached draft of the presentation HERE by Tomorrow (Friday) at 6pm
  
• Have a 60 second overview of your position ready to say on Monday. If you can' t be there or want me to plug the position for you, send me your key speaking points please :) you can review your position here and update the last page if you haven't already
  

I’ll open up with a general welcome, will introduce HTBA’s purpose and all of the board,  and will then hand off to each VP position one at a time so you can give a 60 second summary of your role and 1st-Year leadership positions. We’ll have a ppt presentation running the whole time with bullets to summarize all the info. Then I’ll wrap up with the 1st-Year leadership application process, Amazon Case Competition Info & Kick-off mixer info and everyone will be free to go.
 
I’m in the process of creating the powerpoint and have attached a rough draft (Kate and Greg- I'm updating the logos and branding, but if you have time to help me redesign/make it look better, let me know!). You each need to prepare a 60 second explanation of your role (we have to keep the timing quick as a class comes into Korn at 12:20, and then student will get your email address to follow up with questions), or if you can't be there or don't want to speak send me your points and I'll plug it for you and tell 1st years to reach out to you with questions. Send me any edits and let me know if you want one point person to speak by tomorrow at 6pm. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I'll send a cheat sheet with HTBA facts on it for you before the presentation too.. we have to evacuate Korn by 12:20, but if you can hang outside after to answer questions that would be great!
