ACTION NEEDED add your director by noon tomorrow

Hi all-

First off - I know it's been a big HTBA week, so thanks to you all for your leadership that is making HTBA so great. Special props to Zak for killing it with the case competition. Now that we've made our promises as HTBA and got dozens of great director applicants, it's time to start delivering on those promises bringing great companies, events and special HTBA services to our members this year! It's officially go-time!

Most immediately- BY NOON TODAY Please go here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/lv?key=0AtflDBPyQpQPdFRONk42ZjZETG9XbGo1Ui1rYUpVU1E and 1) enter your name title and the director you have selected (select the number directors indicated in the PowerPoint from the kickoff posted in google group).
2) THEN also add any director applicants you think should be included in the board - and what their 1st and 2nd choice positions are. Please be thoughtful and limit candidates to top top tier as all efforts will be made to include them in some way.
3) email me if you feel really strongly that you need another director- A description of what you need them for. We are a dynamic board and I want you all to feel well supported, but we want to avoid swelling to the point where we are too big of an organization

Make sure you enter by noon, so I can reconcile all requests and send out the list if directors for your approval. We still plan to announce the directorships by end of day tomorrow. CALL ME if you have any questions at all 601.278.7539

Housekeeping :
NOTE: the 1st years directors will not get access to out 2013-2014 board google group. We will have the existing one for VPs on the "executive board" and one for the entire board which I will set up. The new group for the entire board should be what we primarily use for all board comms from here on out ...but, if you are wondering why, we will maintain our "executive board" VP 2nd year list serve due to
certain goals (ie to extend specific privileges only to you the "executive board") over the next year that this will come in handy for. There was also some confusion over wheat Dropbox folders go where. I know certain positions have restricted files (membership and finance files are maintained by Alice and Greg, separately, and all other files and folders should be on the all board drop box and able to be accessed by you and your VPs. Please let me know if you have any trouble with this.

Note 2: guru and I are meeting next week to discuss the Femba director positions, and already have good candidates, so that is a separate process we will update you all next week! Let us know if you have any strong recommendations for FEMBAs in the meantime!
