BOARD MEETING TOMORROW from 6pm-7pm + happy hour after

Hey guys- this email is to confirm that we will have a board meeting tomorrow from 6-7pm on campus. 

BOARD MEETING: welcome 1st year Directors

WHERE: D313

WHEN: Monday 10/21, 6-7pm .... followed by 7-8pm board happy hour at Skylight Gardens

ACTION ITEMS: email me any additions to the agenda now & bring your position overview books and info to pass on to your director at the meeting

 HTBA will have a tab 8:00 pm after the meeting at SkyLight Gardens, so you want to take your directors there for a drink. Please take this as an opportunity to get to know the first year directors. The first year board members will get an email inviting them to the board meeting. Feel free to reach out to them as well if you want.

- First year introductions

- Director /VP Break-Out Groups (please bring the workbook with your position info and goals, and access/docs/passwords to pass on. Each of your workbook is in our board dropbox)
