Can we put all of their apps in our board dropbox? we can delete once they get access to it, but I think it would be good to read everyones to see who works best where. Does that make sense? Obviously, take your first choice based on their choices, but for the others, it might be good to see.

Thanks Noelia! I was hoping we could all share resumes/applications. There will certainly not be overlap among us, because they emailed their first choice priority, so in many cases, their second choice directors haven't gotten a chance to read theirs yet!  For instance, if you pick Rana, and Katie Jones is awesomer than all of our candidates, and we're her second or third choice, we could read her resumes and give her the job. It's better if we're picking from a pool of people who want to work for HTBA, not just the people who gave us their first choice. 

YOU get your first choice, but then we can see who else is great who you don't want. Make sense? If you haven't dropped resumes/applications into the folder, it would be super helpful if you could. (Everyone)

Hi all - first off, thanks to Kate for sorting out hot to  shuffle 1st year director applicants- and to Noelia for starting the google do . Please follow the instructions Kate laid out for selecting/placing directors. 

ADDITIONALLY one quick note- we don't want any excited htbaers to slip through the cracks so... if you have a really strong candidate/applicant and you have tried but not been able  able to find a team for them, and you really want to find a directorship for them on the board because they would be an asset to HTBA, email me by Thursday morning and let me know. I'll try to work out a way to have them participate. We don't want the board to swell to an unmanageable size, but we do want great htbaers to continue to participate!

Hi guru-

Glad you brought that up. The FEMBA-specific director positions are done separately to make sure we get good directors to meet the FEMBA needs. There are 4 Femba director positions, and I know at least 1 of them is filled already by Joey. Ill email you offline to set up a time to meet next week and discuss what needs have been voiced and how to fill those 3 remaining positions accordingly. Please do keep track of any Femba  who expresses interest in the meantime!

4. Kit Swain
