HI All- if you haven't confirmed whether or not you can help at the club fair tomorrow, please shoot me a line and let me know ASAP!

Please read before the fair tomorrow:

Board Sync
3:30-4:15 in A301

Club Fair - Setup
·        Are there 3-4 more people who can join Kate and I to set up, and stay for the fair? So far I know me, Kate, Angela, Zak and Greg are helping at the club fair. I'm assuming people I haven't heard from can also stay, so let me know asap if that's not the case.
·       We will need to grab HTBA Tshirts, HTBA sunglasses, our tablecloth, and our stand-up banner for the table.
 
Club Fair- During
·         Please be at our table by 4:25pm
·        ASA will be encouraging people to sign up before the fair through the club portal here https://clubs.anderson.ucla.edu/Pages/Home.aspx. This is preferred to WePay alone, as the club portal automatically signs people up to the club roster, which will be used much more this year than last year to sign up for club events, etc. This way they’d just put their info into our google doc and pick their T-shirts up tomorrow if we see they have paid on the Members tab https://clubs.anderson.ucla.edu/sites/htba/Pages/ClubMembers.aspx
HOW TO SIGN UP AT THE FAIR
    step 1) new member inputs their info into a google doc
        we will have a google doc open with fields for name, preferred email, t-shirt size, year of graduation, program (FEMBA, EMBA, FT)
       step 2) new member pays via cash/credit card/check
        Greg and Angela use a phone/ipad and our square account to check them out (swipe credit card, pay check, or pay cash but that is not preferable) and we log it into our square system
      step 3) new member gets t-shirt and sunglasses
        Kate can man the swag, and Zak can help out and walk people through the process, talk up the club, etc.    

·         I’ll have my laptop, my surface, my iPad, (and bring yours too if you can) so we can have sign-ups going
·         Alice is out of town, so Greg and Angela will be in charge of transactions and sign-ups
·          Kate and Zak (and anyone else who can join) should be standing by to give out t-shirts once people have paid
        We all  talk to students about the club and get their info in the google doc. We'll have handouts with basic HTBA information from Kate
·         T-shirts and sunglasses are for paid members only
 
After & Happy Hour
·        We can walk over together to the happy hour afterwards :) 6-7pm at Skylight Gardens 
         We will need help quickly bringing things back to the club room, and taking a few of the t-shirts to the happy hour, so second years who already paid for two-years can get their new shirts there. Is someone willing to man this at the happy hour- all your drinks will be paid for if so :) I'll print the list of second years.
      At the Happy hour, there will be a drink ticket on entry for anyone who rsvped (54 rsvps, lots of first years)- I'll man the door. PLEASE talk to 1st years and get excitement going
