HTBA board sync MON 3:30-4:15,

Hey guys-

First off, thanks yall... the board has been working hard over the summer to get all our events, sponsors, education and outreach lined up for the year. I feel lucky to be working with such a great group, and am really excited to update you all on where we are heading. The administration is really excited about the work HTBA is planning and wants to build a stronger tech community at Anderson... this is our year. We techin' over!

2  things we need you for in the next couple weeks:

MON 2/23 - There's a few activities we really need the board to support by attending, especially the happy hour

• 3:30-4:00 - board sync on campus-
  
• let me know if you can't attend. any 1st quarter event-critical team leads must attend. We need to check-in before the 1st years start asking us all questions, and to make sure we are on track for 1st quarter events since they start in 2 weeks!! I'll download you on the quick year overview, and what I need from you for the kick off event which is MONDAY 9/30. Plus we'll address Easton, kick-off mixer, Amazon case compeition, career night, insider sessions and HTBA 101, marketing & rebrand, alumni updates, etc...  the Let me know if you have something for the agenda.
  
• 4:30-5:30 - 1st year club fair, we have a full table of VP volunteers already but let us know if you can stay to chat with 1st years
  
• 6:00-7:00 - HTBA welcome back happy hour. we will walk over to skylight gardens together after club fair PLEASE ATTEND, its important the board is represented here, epecially for any 1st years that come.
  

MON 9/30 1st YEAR INFO SESSION, Let me know ASAP if you can't attend!
