Abstract
In addition to the 'Move Up' track for students seeking vertical advancement in their companies or industries to become technology managers and business leaders, and the 'Move Out' track for students interested
in moving out of their organization and becoming business leaders in technology start-ups, Easton has recently added a new 'Move In' track this year. The ‘Move In’ track is for students without a tech background interested in becoming business managers, leaders
and entrepreneurs in the technology sector.
To introduce this new ‘Move In’ track, a panel event is being organized, to hear from people who have successfully ‘moved in,’ building a career in technology. Anderson affiliates will be sharing their journey
and tools and tips for switching into the technology sector, coming from a non-technical background. Please send us your questions to
ET...@anderson.ucla.edu or #EastonMoveIn BEFORE the event.
