LSS Dr. Zarik Boghossian, CTO at LeisureLink
Dr. Zarik Boghossian is an expert in the software industry with over 27 years of experience designing and developing advanced technologies and innovative solutions including aerospace systems. Zarik was responsible for the development of the Electric Power
System Mission Critical Flight Software for the International Space Station (ISS) for NASA. As an entrepreneur, Zarik founded Zema Enterprises, Inc. to develop innovative solutions in ecommerce, social networking, digital media, and mobile apps. Zarik currently
serves on the Board of Advisors for some private companies, amongst which include, Wovenmedia, Rocksquare, BusinessRealTime, OGMA Inc., and Perfect Match Marketing. Zarik holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of North Texas, a MBA from Pepperdine
University in Business Management, and a Doctorate degree with highest honors from Pepperdine University specializing in Organizational Leadership. Zarik's thesis is now published and entitled as "An Investigation Into the Critical Success Factors of Software
Development Process, Time, and Quality."

Venturesand Clearstone Venture Partners and with a strategic investment from Wyndham
Worldwide (NYSE: WYN). LeisureLink currently serves over 1,500 vacation rental and timeshare resorts, condo hotels and boutique resorts throughout North America and Europe who trust LeisureLink to help them maximize the profitability and minimize the complexity
of their online efforts.
