Please send a quick follow up email to your 1st year director(s)  reminding them to attend our board meeting on Monday, in order to double check that everyone is a member of the VP/dir google group and getting emails. 

It would be great if your team could have an update on any outstanding/upcoming items, especially those that are on the agenda.
