Hey guys- congrats on selecting a great board. 3 quick next steps below- 1) please congratulate your director now 2) meet with them and have your materials for board meeting and happy hour Mon Oct 21 3) up a 1-on-1 later in the week after the board meeting. DETAILS BELOW

 

1. Please do reach out and congratulate new board members now.
2. You will be able to first meet with them in person for 10mins before all breaking out into groups at our first full board meeting a week from Monday...October 21st 4-5pm and there will be a board-only happy hour afterwards on HTBA. We want them to be excited about the benefits as well as work of being a board member! Be sure to have the workbook elements for your position done by that meeting so you can quickly share passwords, goals, share folders, and other htba accounts for your position  (we will provide a general list of htba groups so just make sure they do those too).*****note- if you need help immediately, go ahead and meet asap to get the ball rolling
3. Your directors will likely need more support, I'd encourage you to please meet them one-on-one in the week following the board meeting.
