Need a capacitor value precisely checked

Anyone know where I can get the value of some capacitors checked to a
high degree of accuracy?

I have a old General Radio capacitance bridge (Model 1617A) whose
"standard capacitor" has shorted. I ordered some 0.5% capacitors and
would like to know, with as much accuracy as possible, how close to
0.5uF they are.

I plan to make a matrix of them so that they can handle the higher
voltages that can be applied to it during normal operation so I would
also like to check the capacitance value of the finished assembly when
I get it finished.

I figure somewhere in this high-tech area someone has access to an
instrument that can check to within 0.1% or less?

Thanks!

Barry: I got a 80's vintage rcl bridge that has tremendous precision and
would be glad to do it for you. It hasn't seen a cal lab in many years,
so if you could hustle a standard cap or two, the actual accuracy might
be a verified. I can verify with one of many other rcl bridges I have,
but they are older, and haven't seen a cal lab in ages either. Drop me
an email and we can make some arrangements.
