The piece your posted link indicates seems to be satire (and clearly
labeled as such) rather than genuine news or any shade of the truth
spectrum. I do hope you did not take this 'report' as factual or
accurate. The over the top nature should have been a clear giveaway, so
I can't imagine anyone taking this as real news, but I'm just guessing
here about your intent in posting the URL.
