JOB TITLE: Senior Buyer

DESCRIPTION:
Job Description:
developing sourcing strategy and identifying competitive supply sources;
preparing RFQ; evaluating responses; documenting rational for the issuances of
orders; taking responsibility to manager orders until completion of receipt and
payment.

Experience Requirements/Skills:
Experience buyer will be able to handle low to mid dollar purchase orders for
various commercial electronic hardware, ADPE, software, outside fab and related
services; have experience in negotiating agreements such as software licenses
as well as service agreements; have ability to represent procurement in
frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts.
Proficiency in the MS Office suite of software applications. Knowledge of UCC &
FAR preferred. SAP knowledge a plus.
