Attention Club Leaders:

It has been brought to my attention individuals in wheel chairs or with
mobility impairments are not able to use the outside ramp west of the South
Lounge in the University Center. Clubs may not table in that area any longer
in order to eliminate barriers for your fellow students. I understand this
may be frustrating for your club, especially for those of you who have been
doing fundraising with hot foods. Clubs have used that area to supply power
to their tables with an extension cord from the wall to their table.

At this time, the only available safe area with electricity is underneath
the awning in front of the Depot. If your club decides to use this space,
anyone who has reserved the Quad from 12-1 for music or dialogue has the
priority and your club will have to move if requested. Your club may not
reserve that space to sell food or use the space around the elevator.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are currently working
on other possible solutions, including alternate power sources. If you have
any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.
