Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Python AI/ML Developer with a strong background in machine learning implementations and modern AI/ML frameworks. The candidate will work on structured data, NLP, and time-series modelling, and will have exposure to LLM concepts and MLOps architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement machine learning solutions for structured and unstructured data.
- Develop and deploy models for NLP and time-series applications.
- Apply concepts of Large Language Models (LLMs) including:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Prompting and Few-Shot Prompting
- Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT)
- Design and implement MLOps pipelines and architectures.
- Solve complex problems using statistical and analytical methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 4+ years in machine learning implementations.
- ML Frameworks: Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, RASA, LangChain.
- Data Expertise: Structured data modeling, NLP, and time-series modeling.
- LLM Knowledge: Understanding of RAG, prompting techniques, few-shot prompting, and supervised fine-tuning.
- MLOps: Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Programming Language: Python.
- Strong problem-solving and statistical analysis skills.
Cloud & DevOps Skills:
- Version control with Git
- Continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
Desirable Attributes:
- Ability to design scalable ML pipelines and production-ready models.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with data engineering and business teams.
