Tech Crew Handbook

I am curious if anyone uses a written handbook for Tech Crew
Protocol? How do you let new students know about safety policies or
what is expected/required of them as Tech Crew members. We don't have
one, but I am thinking of having my seniors and juniors start one. I
will be having the Senior I caught climbing out of the genie and onto
a ladder write the section on Genie Safety.

I also worked to put together a handbook for our theatre program this year. Again, I think there is lots of room for improvement in the tech safety end and tech crew expectations. I would also be very interested to see what other folks have put together.
