We are pleased to announce current open requisitions / roles available for our employee referral program at DDN India.
If you have any candidates to refer, please share their profiles with us. Please reach out to Shilpa or me if you have any questions about any opportunity or need more information on any role.

- Hiring Manager and/or Shilpa or Snehal will review the profile and establish if it maps well to the position suggested.
Note : If Hiring Manager doesn’t find candidate suitable for tag position, then with acceptance of the candidate we will move their candidature to other role or else have to drop their candidature.
- IMPORTANT : Every profile shared by you must be uploaded on DDN Portal i.e. on our recruitment system “ICIMs”. This is a mandatory requirement, if this is not done the referring DDN employee will not get the appropriate credit for referred candidate/s.
- If the referred candidate is accepted for a requisition, the technical interviews will commence. In order to keep the candidate engaged and supported throughout the selection process, the DDN referring employee is required and encouraged to keep in contact and to provide support and guidance through the process.
- If the referred candidate is successfully selected by the panel, offered the role and joins DDN, the referrer becomes eligible for Employee Referral Amount (once the trial/probation period is successfully completed). The referral amount to be paid is in line with the global employee referral policy as attached.
- The Referral amount is paid on the basis that both the referrer and the candidate are employees of DDN at the time the candidate has completed their trial/probation period, in order for the payment to be processed.
Important Note:
- Employee Referrals fall under referral bonus for a period of one year (from the date on which it is uploaded in iCIMS - DDN’s application tracking system).
- While referrals which are older than a year will continue to be considered by DDN for role matches, they will no longer be eligible for employee referral bonus.
- DDN retains the right to change its employee referral scheme, any disputes are adjudicated on by DDNs Head of HR and CFO.
- Requisitions not included above in are either offered or closed.
