  Hi everyone,

  I wanted to let you know about an exciting programme organized by a
  number of departments within WHO, including the Special Programme of
  Research, Development and Research Training in Human Reproduction(HRP).

  The attached Call for Letters of Intent focuses on conducting
  implementation research studies that would assist the scaling-up of
  health interventions to accelerate progress on MDGs 4,5, and 6, and
  promote sustainability in the strengthening of the health system.
  Intended recipients of this call are research institutions and
  Ministries of Health in low and middle income countries.

  We thought that you might either be working with such an
  organization or would know of one in the countries where you
  work....or you are one of these organizations yourself.

  Please feel free to pass this around widely. Let us know if you have
  any questions.
