so I just off the phone with the City and they seem to have missed out
barricade delivery.
We can "rent" them from barricade flasher...but I don't have a car
that would fit a barricade. I am not sure if anyone is willing to do
that.
Technically we are supposed to use appropriate barricades for the
purposes of traffic and signage. I was thinking we could use garbage
cans until we get in trouble.
Not sure what else to do about that.

okay...the barricade place is closed...so we have to use any means
necessary and make it work. If we get in trouble...it's not really
our fault:)
