A healthy family is vital, and we hope that you will make best use of this opportunity. Here is what we have planned for you
HEALTH FAIR -CONSULTATIONS: SATURDAY, June 12th 2010, 9:00 AM to 1.00 PM
(Lab report for the blood drawn on June 5th will be available on June 12th)
A $10.00 donation per person is appreciated, to offset the expenses
HEALTH CHECK-UP: Team of volunteer physicians / physician staff will help answering your questions for the following areas:
Headaches - Hypertension – Child Health – Pain Management –Asthma-Allergies-Women’s health- Physical Therapy- Colorectal cancer- Cardiac wellbeing – Reflex Disease- Drug addiction- Diabetes –Obesity- Dietician – Orthopedics- Eye Checkup.
BLOOD DRIVE: Interested in helping the Community by donating blood? Red Cross will organize a blood donation pledge drive to help our community. Limited slots - Sign up & Serve the community.
LIVING WILL: Do you know what a living will is? Interested in learning more? Please stop by to listen to experts on living will, and how it can be a critical decision one can make.
FOOD FAIR: Want to please your taste buds? A nice collection of food items will be available at the Health Fair. - For a nominal price
PARKING: Plenty of Parking. Parking will be regulated.
