Accounting pages for printers

Dear Sir, Madam,

I don't understand the problem i encountered. I installed HSLAB Print
logger EE on a Windows Server 2003 which account the pages that users
print only when it wants. We are about 100 users with 5 collective
printers and it's necessary to count the pages per user and per
printer but the software don't do that at the moment !
Could you help me !!
